JS Morris Art is a collection of paintings and designs created by Jax Morris, a British born contemporary artist, who now resides in Los Angeles, California.

Her expressive handmade original paintings, known for their bold and vibrant use of color, always begin with real-life subjects and places before transcending into the world of fantasy or imagination. Her inspiration and ideas are drawn from the beauty and complexity of human connections, the rich experiences of her world travels and her life's daily surroundings.

In her figure and portrait work she endeavors to capture the unique spiritual essence of each muse that she has the honor to paint.
Her narrative and surrealist pieces explore themes of life, death, time, the future, social structure and its fragility.

Jax holds a BA (Hons) in Art & Design from Suffolk University College in the United Kingdom and has also applied her creative talents to the areas of animation, illustration, television directing and mural design.
